Joseph has more than 23 years of experience in creating, establishing and maintaining effective cost and financial management systems for federal government contracts. His experience includes government contracting, cost and pricing analysis and facility management and operations Joseph has an established reputation for his ability to troubleshoot and solve financial, technical and personnel issues.
As an integral part of the senior management team at TMN, Joseph establishes and structures finance and accounting systems, which include setting policies and establishing procedures in the areas of contract administration, network resources, management information, accounting, cost proposals, travel and facilities. He is also responsible for audit support, CAS and FAR compliance banking, overseeing project and company budgets and establishing forward pricing rates used in cost proposals and billings.
